Designed for the seasoned Tax Professionals II who has demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership. 

Tax Professionals who achieve and maintain 

a minimum client base of 50 active clients become eligible to advance to the role of 

Tax Account Executive and operate a fully remote Empire tax office.

As a Tax Account Executive, Empire will assist in recruiting and building your team of tax professionals, allowing you to expand  business beyond your individual client base. 

In addition to the opportunity to retain up to 100% of your individual tax preparation fees (based on your personal performance), 

you'll also earn additional income through 

team-based backend profit-sharing.

Designed for EFIN holders wanting to operate their own established tax business. 

To qualify, a Tax Company must maintain at least 6 active tax professionals and process a minimum of 150 funded tax returns annually.

Qualified Tax Companies receive co-branded tax software, branded training materials, and access to industry-leading banking products to enhance the client experience and expand revenue opportunities. 

Tax Companies advancing through the Tax Account Executive Program also receive Empire's assistance with recruiting active tax professionals.
